You may have read it allover the news, but it is NOT TRUE. Then what’s the deal? The deal is that MOC (Ministry of communications) have signed a contract with SA Mobily operator (Subsidiary of the UAE Etisalat) and to be linked via “cable”… providing a closer, and more reliable international services carrier other than those in Dubai carrying Kuwait’s international communications.
I’m sorry folks, so the answer to the post title is NO 
A week a go I received a kind invitation from my dear friend Mic Embalta3 to Al.Gayla’s press conference in Lenotre. As always.. I got there late, and I was really surprised seeing my Camera turned on; no battery 
Anyway, Al.Gayla is the first radio show to be run and organized by a private firm (Senyar MB) as Mr. Khalid Al.Roudan announced during the conference, and is to be presented by Talal Al.Yagout and Mic Embalta3 on Kuwait radio station. They’ve talked about the diversity of topics they will cover during the show, and I was really happy knowing that they welcome bloggers input into the show! WOW! This is new, and very creative

According to IMDB and USA Today, Henry Cavill (From The Count of Monte Cristo) is the new “Man of Steel”, a.k.a Superman. The movie is scheduled to be released in 2013. And guess what! Russel Crowe will star in this movie as well as “Jor-El”; Superman’s Kryptonian father.

Twitter has recently launched a new “Follow” button that allows your website visitors to directly follow you through your own pages. The old-school twitter widgets used to direct visitors to your Twitter page, and then to follow you!
I have already installed the new follow button on Blog37 (See it, and hit it, at the top right corner of the blog). To make your own Follow button go to Twitter.com, click on “resources” (at the bottom; footer links), and then “Create Follow Button”.

You can also embed the Follow Button within the post content itself. Example:

Twitter now sends an email notification to you whenever someone mentions or DMs you on Twitter! This, somehow, will be, and is, very annoying!
Below is how I turned them off.. easy (Read here a HOW-TO)
One more thing, this is being gradually applied on all twitter accounts. I had it on the blog account, but not on my personal one yet!

I can’t wait!
It’s been now almost two years and a half since I have started this blog, and I admit that I have faced a lot of ups and downs… But I came lately to realize that Blog37 is my spot.. my only spot on the net! So why not invest on it? So, I have decided to switch from a “.net” to a “.com” domain, which was taken by some Japanese website. I have waited so long for this, and actually, I had to pay much for the domain since it is a “premium domain” (Can’t figure out why!)
Anyway, The old URL (http://www.blog37.net) is still fully functional when it comes to the main page or any old post URL you’re trying to access. The only problem I’m facing is with the RSS feed, which works perfectly on the new “.com” but not on the old “.net”. I’m still expecting some technical issues to come up, so if you face any issue with the blog please let me know.
I’ll update my feed on Botamba.com very soon.
