Its ZAIN!.... I've tried wataniya, Zain and Viva and honestly, Viva is giving me a steady 4mbps on their 7.2 claim.. I think thats an offer ill live with. Also, no one and I mean NO ONE can lock a modem device including the "smart" zain people. I think you should leave the "product reviewing" to the pros dude!
